Reward fund started to help find driver of hit and run
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man run down on a city street is making progress tonight in the hospital. Justin Bohmer's father tells us doctors took him off a ventilator and he is talking, but the search for the person who hit, dragged him and then fled, is ongoing.
