Snow knocks out power in Fort Ransom

Fort Ransom, ND (WDAY TV) - Power outages in October, that's what some people in Fort Ransom dealt with for half of the day. Thanks to about two inches of heavy, wet, slushy snow that fell over night, the small town is already feeling the fingertips of old man winter.
