Rally planned for NDSU President who resigned amidst controversy

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - NDSU students are planning a big event to thank President Chapman for his service to the school, this after he announced his surprise resignation amidst several spending controversies at the school. Students from the past and present will lead a rally next week. The event is still in the works.
