DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) — A spokesman for the Federal Emergency Management Agency says Devils Lake-area residents who have suffered flood-related damage since March should register with FEMA to start the process of getting aid. FEMA is opening a disaster recovery center in downtown Devils Lake. Spokesman Greg Hughes says the Devils Lake center also will serve people in Cavalier and Pembina counties. He says the center's regular hours will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
