Parents Sad, Angry at Fisher School Meeting After Senior Accused of Sexual Assault

FISHER, MN (WDAZ-TV) - An 18-year old is in jail after allegedly sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl at the Fisher Public School. Jarrin Boucher of Crookston has admitted that he touched the girl twice in a sexual manner.
