Fantasy's Co-owner Submits New Request for Building Permit

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - Despite being turned down, the owners of Fantasy's have once again submitted a request for a building permit. Co-owner Jim Patterson traveled from Fargo to Grand Forks on Wednesday to submit a formal request to the city.
