St. Michael, ND, Man Arrested After 10-mile Chase
(WDAZ-TV) - A St. Michael, ND, man is in custody after a 10-mile chase in Ramsey County. 23-year-old Marshall Demarce is charged with reckless endangerment, fleeing a police officer and DUI.
