VIDEO: Minnesota DNR Rescues Great Horned Owl in Thief River Falls

THIEF RIVER FALLS, MN (WDAZ-TV) - A DNR crew was notified Tuesday afternoon of a wounded owl that was unable to fly. A conservation officer say it's likely the bird was hit by a car.
