Join us to celebrate the unveiling of this year's captivating portrait exhibit of North Dakota's children who are waiting for their forever family. The program begins at 5:00 p.m., which includes special guest speakers, sponsor recognition and unveiling of the portraits. From 5:30 - 7:00 p.m., enjoy food catered by Labby's and bring your children to enjoy a Children's Reception with Carnival themed games, food & fun!
