Kelsey Roseth

Kelsey is a native of Fargo. She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with degrees in English/Mass Communications and Broadcast Journalism.

While in school, she was an anchor, reporter, and photographer for “Campus News,” MSUM’s award-winning newscast. She wrote articles for the university’s newspaper, “The Advocate,” and the alumni magazine.

Kelsey was named a 2011 national finalist for a breaking news piece by the Society of Professional Journalists. She also won awards with the Regional Society for Professional Journalists, the NW Broadcast News Association, and North Dakota Professional Communicators.

She interned at the Fox News Station in Fargo during the summer of 2010, working there until starting at WDAY April 2011. She is now our weekend co-anchor and weekday reporter.

Changes coming for 2013 Fargo Marathon

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The pace car took a wrong turn in the 10-K, the half-marathon has a memorable finish for all the wrong reasons, and 5K runners said there wasn't enough water. The Fargo Marathon director says there will be changes both on and off the race course.
