Hallock, MN, Man Pleads Guilty to Criminal Sexual Conduct

The Kittson County Sheriff's Department says Joshua J. Johnson, 33, faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison and/or a $35,000 fine.

Pleaded guilty to criminal sexual conduct.

A Hallock, MN, man pleaded guilty Tuesday to sexual contact with a juvenile victim in Kittson County.

The Kittson County Sheriff's Department says Joshua J. Johnson, 33, faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison or a $35,000 fine.

A sex offender evaluation and chemical use assessment will be completed before Johnson's sentencing, which is scheduled for September 27 at 2 p.m.
