U.S. Marshals arrested a man wanted for six active warrants in Grand Forks and Cass counties Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities say 34-year-old Robert Kenneth Holcomb was arrested at his home at 1809 13 1/2 St. S. in Fargo at about 2:10 p.m. Wednesday.
Holcomb was wanted for failure to complete electronic home monitoring in Grand Forks County and two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, one charge of possession of marijuana, one charge of failure to appear in court, and one charge of driving under suspension, all in Cass County.
The various warrants were issued from mid-June to as recently as last week, as new charges were brought against Holcomb and he didn’t appear in court to answer to them.
The High Plains Fugitive Task Force is based in Fargo and Grand Forks. Participating agencies include the U.S. Marshals Service, Grand Forks County Sheriff's Office, Grand Forks Police Department, Cass County Sheriff's Office, North Dakota Probation and Parole, and North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
