FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Federal prosecutors say the case of man who was investigated for child pornography after leaving his cellphone behind at a Carrie Underwood concert in Fargo turned into a race to save at least one victim.

Dustin Muscha (moo-SHAY'), of Moorhead, Minn., was sentenced last month to 30 years in prison for child porn that involved sexually explicit images of children between ages 2 and 6 years old.

Once the phone was turned into a Fargo Sprint store, investigators worked through the night to discover the identity of a victim immediately at risk and get her out of harm's way. They figured it out by the time she met the school bus the next morning.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Jennifer Klemetsrud Puhl says investigators went to "great lengths to rescue that child."
