Fargo, N.D. (WDAY TV) -Baseball players are descending upon Florida and Arizona as spring training camps open for everyone this weekend.

Some members of the Twins are already in Fort Myers getting an early start with pitchers and catchers set to report on Sunday.

Brian Dozier, Twins second baseman: “Spring training is an opportunity to improve on some things and you got to make adjustments game by game, week by week in this league, during the season, here now, whenever it is. The main focus is to do what we can to win some more baseball games and get back in the postseason and get back to the winning ways. That's the reason why we play the game.

Aaron Hicks, Twins Outfielder: “I'm really ready, I'm ready to start games, I'm ready to start playing more. I think once the game ends you want that time off and as soon as you get it you are want to keep playing and you are ready to start playing again.”

First game for the Twins is Feb. 28.
