West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - West Fargo's wrestling team heads to the state tournament eager to bring back some more hardware from the capital. The Packers are the back-to-back defending team dual champions after topping west heavyweight Bismarck the last two years.

West Fargo expects another tough road and envisions another showdown with the Demons for the title on Friday.

Kayle Dangerud – West Fargo Head Coach: “There is a lot of toss us matches, probably three or four or five toss up matches that could probably go either way, we won a couple, they won a couple. So we are probably both telling our kids the same thing, if we switch those matches around in our favor good things will happen.”

Kyle Kragness – Packers Senior, 182 Pounds: “Not many people can say they have been a three peat state champion, the first two where really nice, but the third would just be even sweeter.”
