Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - The Moorhead boys basketball team had some big shoes to fill this season, losing a couple of standout seniors, notably Aaron Lien to the Dragons.

Corey Zimmerman's team predictably struggled out of the gates, losing five of their first seven games, but they have rallied thanks to Cody Dorrow's play, the Spuds have won five straight and have turned around their season.

Brett Lawrence – Spuds Senior Center: “Just keep doing what we're doing. Have everyone keep contributing, like I said that's going to be a good thing. If we can get guys scoring and doing everything from all around, teams like that are tough to stop.”

Cody Dorow – Spuds Junior Guard: “Just how we've all been playing well at the right time. A lot of different guys have been stepping for us every game so that's been good for us. Well if we keep playing the way we are it's limitless. We really want to get back to state, that was fun for us a couple years ago. If we can get there it would be really fun this year.”
