Fargo, N.D. (WDAY TV) -The postseason began tonight for eight North Dakota hockey teams, all with eyes on making it to the Ralph next week.

Davies entered the playoffs playing some of its best hockey; they beat West Fargo on Saturday to clinch the two seed.

That meant they would get a rematch with the Packers in the opening round.

Packers already up 1-0, when they add another, Jake Hoy to Tyler Berginiski, who back hands it in. West Fargo up 2-0 with 3:19 to play in the first.

The Packers add another early in the third, off the face-off, Hoy shoots and CJ Lenzmeier, scores on the rebound for a 3-0 lead.

Davies couldn't get anything going offensively, Bryan Pallen with a chance out front, but Bailey Vareberg and his defensemen combine for the save.

West Fargo wins it 3-1.
