Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - It was as dominant a Super Bowl performance as we've seen in the last 15 years as the Seattle Seahawks shut down Peyton Manning and the number one offense in the NFL the Denver Broncos.

Seattle led almost from the start getting a safety 12 seconds into the game and never looked back, forcing three Broncos turnovers as the Seahawks showed the rest of the league, they are the new force in the NFL.

Pete Carroll/Seahawks Head Coach: “Think you look back and years down the road and assess what you accomplish with a group take account of it then, when you're in the middle of it it's not time to talk that way, we don't know we put together a couple big time seasons and playing big defense, that's kinda cool.”

Malcolm Smith/Super Bowl XLVIII MVP: “I didn't think I would get to the point of being MVP, even during the game guys saying you may be MVP and said no way, but it's pretty cool.”

Super Bowl was the most watched TV program in history.

The Seahawks are planning their victory parade for Wednesday morning.
