Fargo, N.D. (WDAY TV) -The regular season is winding down in the Class B boys basketball season, but we're given a treat tonight as the defending champs from Milnor welcome fifth ranked Oak Grove.

Ben Nelson, Bison head coach: “They stay grounded on their own. They understand what it takes to win and they watched teams last year that were good basketball teams not meet some of their goals. To stay focused for them just means being able to meet those goals so they stay pretty focused on their own.”

When asked what’s the scariest part about playing this Oak Grove team, Nelson replied, “Just the number of weapons they have. They go eight deep and even deeper than that some games. It’s a matter of making sure that were fresh and in good condition and just ready to go for a full 32 minutes.”

WDAY Sports Reporter Jody Norstedt: How big of an advantage can this arena be?

Nelson: “Well, with the way our fans have been coming out it’s a huge advantage this is our home. We’ve defended our home court well. We take pride in that and I know our fans do too. So I know they’re going to be ready to go tonight. “

Last time the Bison lost was Feb. 4 of last year.

It's been 24 straight wins since, plenty of highlights tonight at 10 and a reminder that WDAY is your home for the Class B State Tournament in early March in Grand Forks.
