Due to a natural gas pipeline rupture in Canada, and to maintain system stability, Xcel Energy asks all of its natural gas customers in Fargo, Grand Forks, East Grand Forks and Moorhead to set back their thermostats to 60 degrees unless doing so would pose a danger to their health or safety.
