Len Quinn lost his sight when he was 58-years-old.

The Lions Club member was encouraged to join the club's Leader Dog program. It provides the blind with $40,000 service dogs free of charge.

With his participation, Quinn says he gained his confidence back and now travels the country motivating people to smash through personal barriers.

Len Quinn, Leader Dog co-chair: "If you have a goal of being a teacher,of being a politician, I don't know who would want that, of being, you know, anything. If you want it, you can do it."

Quinn will be speaking in schools again tomorrow before attending a winter Lion's Club Conference as the keynote speaker.
