Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Another dangerous armed robbery in Fargo, this time the suspects didn't make off with cash, but pizza. Authorities are now searching for three men who robbed a pizza delivery driver at gunpoint Sunday night.

Fargo police say the driver was delivering food to an apartment building in the 900 block of 44th street south when she realized the apartment number she was given didn't exist.

Pat Claus/Fargo Police Deputy Chief: “She met up with three African American males who told her they were the ones that had ordered the pizza, but then followed her back to her car.”

It all happened just after 8 on Sunday night.

One of the men pulled a gun on the driver, and then the group made off with pizza and pop - no cash.

Claus: “Certainly a lot of credit goes to the victim in this particular incident. She kept a very level head. She kept them talking. Could have they been after money or other things? Quite certainly that was probably their intent.”

Authorities are not releasing the name of the pizza business, but say the stolen food is valued at roughly 35 dollars.

Police ask anyone with more information to contact them.

Police describe the men as black, one about 6”2’ and skinny, wearing a tan jacket and black sweatshirt.

The second about 5’8” with a puffy coat and the third about 5’6”, wearing a black puffy jacket.
