Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Your eyes aren't deceiving you, the F-M Sugar Kings returned to the ice tonight as the Force wore throwback jerseys to the junior team that played from 1973-75, a group of alumni were at the game tonight, including the former head coach Bob Gernander, who said it was nice to relive the glory days.

Bob Gernander/F-M Sugar Kings Head Coach: “It brought back a lot of memories, especially when you see the big logo. It was a similar jersey to the U-S team and the New York Rangers. That logo made it special. It's nice to see out there, especially having the players back with us here.”

Gernander was pulling double-duty, he's a scout for the Dallas Stars.

Brendan Jensen is the new man in net for Fargo, after the departure of Cam Johnson.

Jensen was tested all night, piling up 35 saves.

But, Indiana scores midway thru the first, and that's all the Ice needed in a 2-0 shutout win.

It's the 14th loss in a row for the Force.
