BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - The owner of a bar and restaurant in Underwood has been charged with arson and fraud for allegedly setting fire to his business.

The Minot Daily News reports that 49-year-old Robert Scott Sackman of Bismarck was charged last month for the December 2011 fire.

Authorities say damage to Sackman's T-Bones Steakhouse and Lounge totaled about $171,000.

A telephone listing for Sackman could not be found.

Authorities say the restaurant had previously been located in Fessenden before a fire in 2009 destroyed that location.
