Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The college football season wrapped up last night in Pasadena, but not before we got one last great game to remember 2013.

Florida State and Auburn played a ridiculous final quarter.

Levonte Whitfield started the craziness with this 100 yard kickoff return for a touchdown and the Seminoles led 27-24.

Auburn responded on its next possession as Tre Mason broke loose on a 37 yard touchdown run and the Tigers led with just over a minute to go 31-27.

But Heisman winner Jameis Winston led his down the field and he connected with 6'5 receiver Kelvin Benjamin in the endzone, sealing a 34-31 Florida State win, the 3rd national title in school history.

Jameis Winston/FSU Quarterback: “It really wasn't about me, it was about last practice before we came to Pasadena we were doing 2-minute, Coach Fisher kicked me out of practice he was mad he kicked me out of practice and we won that game in two minute.”

Scary thing is Winston will be back next year, he's just a red-shirt freshman.
