Frisco, TX (WDAY TV) - With a senior class of 24, there's not much that Bison fans don't know about their favorite team.

But, what about Saturday's opponent?

Welcome back to Toyota Stadium as our coverage of the FCS championship continues from Frisco, Texas.

For the Towson Tigers, this has been quite the ride.

Much like NDSU, from the bottom of the FCS to now on the doorstep of a national championship.

In 2010, the Tigers won just one game.

But, Rob Ambrose got a great recruit to walk through the doors in 2011 in Terrance West and the Tigers haven't looked back since.

Terrance West/40 Rushing TDs This Season: “It's just a blessing to be in this situation right now. I like to go to programs where you get to build and make a change instead of going to a school that's already winning. That way you really can't stand out. But, here I saw they had a process of building something and I could contribute to it.”

Arnold Farmer/Towson Defensive Tackle: “It has been a great experience, just enjoying the success and it makes you appreciate it more coming from a background being 2-9 and then going 1-10.”

Emmanuel Holder/Towson Fullback: “It's been a roller-coaster ride, but it has been a fun ride. I'm just ready to win this game.”

Rob Ambrose/Towson Head Coach: “Let's just say in the beginning it was pretty bad. We had a lot of cleaning up to do. Anybody who has ever renovated a house realizes that the more work you put in the more work you realize that you need to put in. 2011 started something special and we've been building ever since.”

Win or lose, it appears Saturday will be the final game for Terrance West at Towson.

Many reports are saying he's heading to the NFL draft.

Our coverage continues Friday here from Frisco, more Bison fans expected here and, of course, former players will be on the field for the final practice of 2013.
