Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - It was a hit concert that filled the FargoDome, yep, we're talking about Taylor Swift.
You may remember a video that went viral in the F-M area and beyond.
A plea to have Taylor Swift make a guest appearance at a Moorhead run and walk for disability awareness.
CCRI- Creative Care for Reaching Independence put together the video in hopes they'd meet Swift.
It was merely a suggestion.
Shannon Bock/CCRI Executive Director: "At one of the meeting someone said Taylor Swift would be in town the day after our event. Wouldn't it be great if she would maybe want to kick of out walk for us."
That turned into a competition.
"I've never made a video before - it was a lot of fun."
It's fair to say the video is going viral in the FM area, since Friday nearly 4,000 people have watched.
CCRI clients teamed up with some familiar faces to make the hit music video.
JC Malmgren-Wolf/CCRI Employee: "The Sargent in the video was super into it he was practicing his dance moves before we came."
But sometimes you just need to loosen up, forget about choreography and go with the flow.
"Just bust a move."
A bold move these ladies certainly hope will pay off.
"I listen to all of her music."
"I'm a big Taylor Swift fan. Yeah. Me too."
So is there any hope of Swift seeing the viral video?
Bock: "We are confident it is going to get to Taylor."
Thanks to social media, the chance may be greater than ever before.
Bock: "Everyone we know is tweeting it to her twitter account - so we're using Facebook, absolutely anything we can."
Turns out they were lucky enough to snag Swift's managers phone number.
Even if the video never makes it to Swift - you can bet she'll still have some "Forever Fans" in the F-M area.
Pam Grugel/CCRI Client: "I want her to come because I want to meet her - so does Nicole. I think she is a lot of fun and she shines like a star."
Unfortunately, Swift didn't show up at the event.
