Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A late morning snowfall combined with high winds put local drivers up against low visibility for drivers Tuesday.

But the downfall was quickly maintained on the roads, with most of them clear and drivable by early afternoon.

Road crews are staffed through the holiday, and were prepared for today's flurries.

Matt Oldham/Supervisor, Fargo Public Works: “This is nothing out of the ordinary for us. We didn't do anything different today than we would normally do on a regular business day.”

Oldham says eight trucks were out today to keep Fargo's roads clear.
