Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Soon, Fargo may have more options to gamble.

Commissioners are proposing the city up its limit of gambling sites from three to five.

A change in the number of sites hasn't been made for about a decade.

That's when city leaders decided it was best to up the limit from only two to three.

But this new limit, commissioners say is due.

Brad Wimmer/Fargo City Commissioner: "Bismarck, Minot and Grand Forks are all much less restrictive than Fargo is. One has as many as many as 25 site limitation. So us going from three to five seems to be quite modest."

Officials will discuss the idea at the next commission meeting on Monday.
