FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A man plans to plead guilty to leaving a threatening message at a Fargo synagogue nearly two years ago.
Dominique Flanigan, also known as Kadafi Al Sadar, is charged in federal court with transmitting threatening communications and interference with a federally protected activity.
Court documents show that Flanigan called Temple Beth El in Fargo and said he had a "special package" he wanted to deliver from Hamas.
Flanigan is serving time after he was convicted earlier this year on reckless endangerment and criminal mischief charges in Cass County.
A plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 24 in Fargo.
