West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - What's Christmas without a traditional Christmas dinner?

For the sixth year in a row, Cloverdale Meats, Hornbacher's and the Salvation Army teamed up once again to provided families in need a chance to enjoy a warm meal this holiday season.

750 half-mini pit hams and 950 half-netted hams were donated today to be included in the Salvation Army's Christmas food boxes.

Those boxes are set to be distributed to families on December 16th.

TJ Russell/CEO, Cloverdale Foods: “Whether you're giving a couple bucks at church on Sunday, or whether you're business is able to do it, you know, there's a responsibility to help those out who need it a little bit more.”

Russell says that the donation will allow over 1,000 families to have a meal this holiday season.
