Anaheim, CA (WDAY TV) - The Minnesota Wild ran into the buzzsaw that is the Anaheim Ducks last night late on the West Coast; as the Wild fell behind 2-0 after a terrific Corey Perry goal.

The visitors got on the board early in the 3rd, when Jason Pominville scored his team high 15th goal on the power play, but that's as close as they would get as Anaheim is now 12-0-2 at home.

Jason Pominville/15 goals this season: “We got to be on our toes I think we got to trust that if we are aggressive that there is a guy behind us that is going to be there to support us if we get beat I think the system is in place for all those things to happen if someone gets beat, when we slide away from that it's just not the way we want to play and didn't get the results tonight. Like you said they are not easy, we are playing a team that didn't play tonight, the biggest thing is get some rest and do what you got to do to be ready.”

Wild back at it Thursday against the 2012 Cup champion Kings.
