Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - North Dakota's Attorney General, accused of human rights violations by a white supremacist in Leith, says he's protected by First Amendment rights.

During a radio interview, Wayne Stenehjem said Craig Cobb, and his supporters, are not the kind of people wanted in the state.

Cobb filed a complaint alleging he suffered unwelcome harassment on the basis of religion, creativity and Stenehjem's comment was discrimination.

Stenehjem wants the Department of Labor and Human Rights to dismiss the complaint, claiming, like any other citizen, he has the right under the First Amendment to express his views.
