FARGO, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota State University fans didn't let minus 16 temperatures deter them from tailgating in Fargo.

The Forum reports that the Fargodome's tailgating lot buzzed Saturday with the Bison faithful, who didn't let the frigid temperatures keep them from barbecues and beer.

Charlie Cooper of Fargo says many fans like himself tailgate no matter the weather.

The temperatures were cold enough to freeze his mug of beer in a few minutes.

Fans had a lot to cheer about inside the Fargodome Saturday afternoon. North Dakota State pulled away from Furman for a 38-7 win in the second round of the FCS playoffs.
