Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - NDSU won for the 21st straight time thanks to a terrific 3rd quarter surge where the Bison scored 3 touchdowns in a 7 minute span.

The final score was a Marcus Williams pick six, making a big splash in his return to the Bison lineup.

Marcus Williams/NDSU Sr. Cornerback: “About time, man. Felt great to get back out there with my teammates. It's been a month since I've been out there playing and like I said earlier this week, there were some plays we left out there that I felt we could make and it just happened.”

Craig Bohl/11-1 Playoff Record: “His presence on the field, it's just great to see #1 out there. He's a 4th year starter, made a lot of big plays for us, and what capped it all off was his signature pick six.”

Bryan Shepherd/9 Tackles Today: “He's a big difference maker, just like you saw out there today. The leadership, the tips he gives us, it's just a big lift for all of us.”

Two streaks continue with NDSU's win.

They move to 12-0 in their gold jerseys, which we'll see again next week.

But they're also in the quarterfinals for the 4th straight year.

No other school in FCS has that kind of record.
