Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - For many families, the holidays wouldn't be the same without a feast fit for kings.

But those who can't afford all the trimmings are getting a little holiday help.

AT&T is teaming up with the Great Plains Food Bank to bring "bountiful holiday baskets" to hundreds of needy families.

Today, employees filled the baskets with potatoes, ham, and even a turkey.

The project was funded by a $500,000 donation from AT&T.

Dee Henderson/AT&T Retail Sales Manager: "Has enabled us to feed 500 needy families at the holiday season when they need it most. I'm glad to be a part of it, I feel very blessed and happy to volunteer."

The project coincides with "Giving Tuesday," which encourages businesses and individuals to donate to their favorite non-profits.
