Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - People living in a Fargo mobile home community say they're shaken, after a late night shooting, sends bullets into a number of mobile homes.
Some, so much so they want to move out, saying the violence and crime just keeps getting worse.
Someone fired shots around 10:30 Tuesday night here in the 800 block of Countryside Mobile Home Park.
Where neighbors even pointed out bullet holes on homes like number 851.
Nichole/Lives Nearby: “It's not the first time I've heard about gunshots over here.”
Late last night when the chaos started, Nichole was with her family tucked in their home just down the street.
Nichole: “I'd probably say there were seven to eight cop cars, Holy. I walked out of my front building and I was like what the heck is going on?”
That's when she found out some of her neighbor's homes had been hit with gunfire.
People nearby reported hearing three shots, and police say two homes have damage.
Like the evident bullet holes traveling completely through the sides.
Nichole: “That's pretty scary. I would be saying, I knew there were problems here. I'd heard about busts before.”
Other neighbors tell us they had their windows smashed earlier this week.
And although no one could say what or who is to blame, everyone agrees that living in danger, and fear, is something they've all been forced to get used to.
Nichole: “You can walk right out and you don't know that there's somebody. I've seen people that are armed. I've seen the gangsters around here.”
Police are still investigating.
They say people were home at the time of the shooting, but no one was hurt.
