Minneapolis, MN (WDAY TV) - The Minnesota Vikings visit Lambeau Field on Sunday, and again will start Christian Ponder at quarterback.

Minnesota is 1-6 this season with Ponder starting under center.

In those seven starts he has turned the ball over 13 times.

Compared to 2012, Ponder had a total of 17 turnovers in 16 games and he says he's still the same quarterback that he was last year when he led the Purple to the playoffs.

Christian Ponder/6 Pass TDs, 9 INTs This Season: “I don't know what the difference is this year, it's a couple bad decisions some bad bounces too. Obviously it's something that needs to change it's costing us football games, it's one of the most important stats in the NFL game. Green Bay week is always a fun week for all of us and we understand the urgency and importance of this game. We have moved forward from last week, Monday was tough to watch the film, especially that fourth quarter film. But now is the time to forget it and move forward and we have done that.”

Greg Jennings did not practice today, Brian Robison left early with an injury, Vikings haven't won in Lambeau since 2009.
