Fargo, ND (WDAY-TV) A Fargo man faces a list of charges after allegedly ramming a police squad car early this morning.

Fargo Police responded to the 2500 block of Villa Drive South for a disturbance just before 3 a.m.

Officers found a man sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle outside an apartment complex.

As they tried to talk to him, the man locked the doors of the vehicle, climbed into the driver's seat, and rammed into a squad car before driving off.

The vehicle was discovered and 20-year-old Michael Foley of Fargo was arrested a short while later. Foley faces charges related to fleeing an accident and driving while intoxicated.

A man living nearby says he knows neighbors keep an eye out for trouble.

L.A. Sture, Villa Drive South resident: "This is actually a really nice neighborhood. And if anything happens or if anything is kind of fishy, neighbors will usually keep a look out on it."

Foley also had three outstanding arrest warrants, two of them from Cass County.
