Minneapolis, MN (WDAY TV) – The Vikings will head into one of the toughest environments in the NFL this Sunday in Seattle, but there's no word yet if Christian Ponder will be a go.

Ponder dislocated his non-throwing shoulder on this run last Thursday against Washington.

Ponder actually set a Vikings record for completion percentage in the win, and says he's ready to go for the Seahawks.

Christian Ponder/Quarterback: “The thing with this injury is it's not going to hinder anything, it's not going to hinder my throwing motion just taking a hit, don't have fear it’s going to get worse it's just handle the pain.”

Leslie Frazier/Vikings Head Coach: “Probably have to take a look at him and just see if he can function. You don't want to put him in harm's way, if he can't protect himself you wouldn't want to put him out there, He's made progress, which is encouraging. Now we have to see how much progress he makes in the next couple days and moving on to Thursday and Friday as well. You can't simulate a tackle and practice so it's the strength test that's probably the most pertinent for him at this point.”

While Ponder's status is uncertain, there's one player that Viking fans will see again on Sunday. Percy Harvin, he'll make his debut as a Seahawk.
