Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - If you don't have your Halloween costume yet, you're cutting it close.

If you're scrambling and need some help spicing up your costume, your smart phone can help.

Searching for that last minute outfit can be a problem. Digital Dudz, a free app for your smart phone, allows you to add animations to your costume.

Created by a former engineer for NASA, the app makes your costume come to life.

We headed to Party City to see what it looks like for ourselves.

Whichever costume you choose you know the reaction is going to be one of a kind. Check this out!

Here's how it works. Turn on the app, slide your phone into the pouch and you are good to go.

If you want something a little less gory you can try this.

The animations are customizable. You can use maggots, snakes or gears to create your unique look.

The pre-made t-shirts cost about 30-dollars and are available online and at Party City stores.

Of course you can always go with that last second ghost sheet.

You can download the Digital Dudz app for free on apple and android devices.
