St. Louis, MO (WDAY TV) - It was another close game Monday night in the World Series as Game 5 of the series between Boston and St. Louis was another tight affair.

The Red Sox raced out to a 1-0 lead thanks to David Ortiz, whose unbelievable series continued with a RBI double.

Matt Holliday tied things up for the Cardinals, but Jacoby Ellsbury gave Boston a two-run lead and the Sox bullpen was tremendous as the Sox win it 4-2

John Farrell/Red Sox Manager: “Provided we win one more, the fact is we're going home, going to place our guys love to play in in front our fans, these three games been phenomenal, know it will be better than that and we're excited about going home in the position that we are.”
