St. Paul, MN (WDAY TV) - The Minnesota Wild just can't score right now, through 10 games, the Wild have the 2nd lowest goal total in the Western Conference.

With just 21 goals, they managed two the other night and beat Nashville 2-0.

They host Carolina tonight and will try to find some offense while they wait for scorer Charlie Coyle to come back from a knee injury.

Charlie Coyle/ Wild Forward: “I'm just going to keep doing what I can do to get better and keep improving each day, it's an injury so I don't want to push it too much, don't want to push it and backfire, want to be 100 percent when I get out there.”

Mike Yeo/Wild Head Coach: “Don't think he's too far away now, we've held our head above water with him out, we haven't dominated, big loss for us and we're anxious to get him back.”

Hurricanes aren't a goal scoring machine either with just 22.

The 7pm faceoff is at the X.
