Leith, ND (WDAY TV) - The Mayor of Leith, North Dakota told WDAY 6 NEWS Monday afternoon, that charges may be filed against a white supremacist who became belligerent at a city council meeting.

29-year-old Kynan Dutton had to be forcibly removed from the meeting.

Town leaders were debating the proposed housing and zoning and rules, when Dutton came to the meeting and was confrontational using profanity to the council members.

The city is looking at a moratorium on new building and mobile homes.

The sheriff's department says Dutton was drunk and made racist comments to those at the meeting.
