Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - NFL fans are in for a real treat tomorrow night, when the 1-4 Vikings take on the win-less Giants in prime time.

ESPN's ratings may take a hit, and Josh Freeman might too, making his Vikings debut on Monday night football.

Freeman will have a chance to get more wins in one game, than his former team, Tampa Bay, has had all season.

That and a shot at being the Vikings long term solution under center, have him anxious for tomorrow night.

Josh Freeman – 80 career touchdowns: “Do I have a chip on my shoulder? Sure I do, but I think it’s more deeply rooted than the past 6, 12 months. You know it’s wanting to go out and wanting to be great. It’s deeper than that; it’s a very special group of guys. It’s really an honor and I think it’s something very special to get the opportunity to be a starter for the Vikings.”

The Vikings are 3 and a half point underdog against the 0-6 Giants.
