Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The southwestern North Dakota town of Leith is taking more steps to keep white supremacists out of town.

Mayor Ryan Schock tells WDAY 6 News city officials are working with attorneys to place a moratorium on any new building projects or trailers in Leith.

This, after white supremacist Craig Cobb came to town and bought up several lots in town, with promises of establishing a white power enclave.

One family has moved into town, and is living in Cobb's house, which has no sewer or water.

City officials in Leith have talked to social services about that since the couple has five home-schooled children.
