St. Paul, MN (WDAY TV) - The Minnesota Wild have found their stride after a winless start to the season in the first 3 games, now they have won three in a row, including an impressive 2-1 road win last night in Buffalo.

Surprisingly, the leading point scorer on the team is Matt Cooke, a guy who was hated by the fan base, and knows he's winning the crowd over.

Matt Cooke – Wild Forward: “It's a young team, very skilled, but we're still trying to make sure we work in every night for 60 minutes, that's the challenge here if we do that we feel we can beat anybody. It's well known there's a bunch of hatred for me for my time in Vancouver, once again they've accepted me, they understand the game, and they’re the 7th man on the ice for us and really had an effect on the games.”
