Grand Forks Man Sought After Attempted Pen Stabbing

A Grand Forks man who allegedly tried to stab another man in the neck with a pen is being sought on a charge of aggravated assault.
48-year-old Steven Robert Kraft tried to stab another man who said he was not christian, according to a police report. The two men were in a dayroom at Altru hospital.
A witness told police Kraft approached the man and said "Do you know who I am? I am the son of Nazareth," according to the report.
The victim's necklace apparently deflected the blow.
A police dispatcher said Kraft was still being sought Thursday.
