MOORHEAD – The person killed Friday in a two-vehicle crash south of here has been identified as a 25-year-old man from Wheatland, N.D.

Justin Olson died from injuries he suffered in the crash, which also injured three other people around 5 p.m. Friday on Highway 75 near 110th Avenue. Olson was a passenger in a vehicle that authorities said drifted into oncoming traffic on a curve, causing the collision.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported Friday that a 2003 Dodge Neon was southbound on Highway 75, and a 2005 Dodge Caravan was northbound on the highway. While going around a curve, the Neon entered the northbound lane, resulting in a broadside crash, the patrol reported.

The others in the Neon, Allen K. Burcham, 25, and Robin D. Olson, 27, both of Fargo, and the driver of the Caravan, Cynthia L. Zink, 52, of Oxbow, N.D., were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
