NDSU to face UNI this Saturday

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - It's from one rival to another for NDSU, as they get set to welcome Northern Iowa to the Fargodome on Saturday.

In the five meetings since the Bison joined the Missouri Valley UNI leads 3-2, but each game has featured tremendous intensity that has boiled over.

NDSU has won the last two games against UNI, but the Panthers have roared out to a 4-0 start that includes a win over Iowa State, setting Saturday's game for an early season conference decider.

Craig Bohl – 2-3 Record vs UNI: “This will be a playoff game, you can slice and dice it anyway you want to this team we're playing is an excellent football team, if you just look at how things are starting to shape up it's a huge game, really quality opponent, great program, look at schedule beginning of year and circle this one, it's going to be a good one.”

Bohl said he expects the Dome crowd to be playoff like loud this Saturday.

Last time UNI came to Fargo it was 2 vs 3.
